As you are reading the title of this post, most of you will disagree with it and some of you might think " That is a crazy decision".
But wait!
"Firing your Boss" does not necessarily mean you will FIRE your Boss literally.
You don't have the right to do it anyway, it's only your boss who can fire you.
I mean literally fire or dismiss you from work.

What "Fire your Boss" means is Liberating your self from your  financial dependency or attachment to your boss or to your job.
Many people are working just well enough so that their boss will pay them well enough.
Let us restate it.
Employers are paying their employees well enough for them to stay working well enough.
