Do you want TIME and FINANCIAL FREEDOM? then FIRE YOUR BOSS!

As you are reading the title of this post, most of you will disagree with it and some of you might think " That is a crazy decision".
But wait!
"Firing your Boss" does not necessarily mean you will FIRE your Boss literally.
You don't have the right to do it anyway, it's only your boss who can fire you.
I mean literally fire or dismiss you from work.

What "Fire your Boss" means is Liberating your self from your  financial dependency or attachment to your boss or to your job.
Many people are working just well enough so that their boss will pay them well enough.
Let us restate it.
Employers are paying their employees well enough for them to stay working well enough.


WHY YOU SHOULD FIRE YOUR BOSS?

Just as what Farrah Gray said "Build your own dreams or someone will hire you to build theirs".
This quote has a very strong impact if you seriously dwell to its meaning.
 
This quote should make you think "Whose dream are you building now? Is it yours? or your Employer's dream?"
In the long run, what can you get from what you are doing now?
The efforts, hard work, time spent and sacrifices- who will reap the benefits?  Is it you or your Boss?
SUCCESS-- who will be getting it? Is it you or your boss?
THE ANSWER WILL SURELY BE YOUR BOSS- The Employer, the Commander.

Who is working hard? Is it you or your Boss?
Who has little or almost no time for his/her family, friends and loved ones? You or your Boss?
Who's always waiting for a salary every month,  just to use it in  paying the government, insurance companies and other bill collectors?
Who is always having a necessity of more money??
I GUESS IT'S YOU-- the Employee, the worker.

It's very clear, if you are working for someone because of money, you are only building or helping him/her build his/her dreams while you are getting a monthly salary or compensation far from your dreamed monthly income.

  
Some would say and reason out, "I am building my dream even when I am working". Yeah, it can be."
Just like me, I am working while building my own dreams.
But, I am working not basically to earn money but I work to learn skills that I can use in building my own dreams. Just like what Robert Kiyosaki said, Work to learn, not to earn.
Though my salary or work compensation can be used also in building assets, I still keep in mind what my main reason is for working-- it is to Learn, to Learn and to Learn.

I BELIEVE THAT THE MORE I LEARN, THE MORE I EARN.
I've already set my plans. I will quit working after a year or two or once I've mastered the skills that I want to acquire.

A SALARY OR COMPENSATION IS JUST A TEMPORARY AND  A SHORT TERM BENEFIT THAT YOU CAN GET FROM WORKING.

ADDING MORE VALUE TO YOUR SELF AND INCREASING YOUR CAPACITIES BY ACQUIRING SKILLS  WILL GIVE YOU LONG TERM OR EVEN LIFETIME BENEFITS.

Sometimes a job just sounds good but you actually don't get what you are expecting from the job.
Sometimes a job is a mismatch to your personality and interest.
Oftentimes a job may make an employee feel stagnant, No Advancement or Growth.

Sadly, there are people who already made themselves so attached with their job not thinking how dynamic is today's economic status and how it greatly affects the employment market.  

You can lose your job anytime. 
 Remember, a company or business is still a company/ business Without You.
Just as what the book "Fire Your Boss" by Stephen Pollan emphasized, Employees are disposable.
You really can't rely on your job or career all the time.

I've also bookmarked one article I've read not so long ago, it really left an enormous impression to me.
The author- Katie Martinez explained well the ABSENCE OF JOB SECURITY.
THERE IS NO JOB SECURITY-  SORRY, IT IS JUST A FANTASY.

She said:

There’s no such thing as job security… only skills security! 

I hate to break it to you… job security does NOT exist.  
The only true security is in developing your talents and abilities.


That is why I am developing my talents and abilities now because it's the only security I can get for myself.


Friends, I just want you to know that You don't really have to accept your current work situation.
You don't need to actually keep struggling financially because your salary is not enough.
You don't need to stick to your job to be able to survive financially.
You can be in control of your job and your stream of income.

ALWAYS REMEMBER, Even if you are an expert, you can always better your best.
There is always room for improvement.

LEARN HOW TO EARN AND LEARN HOW TO HELP OTHERS.
READ BOOKS-FINANCIAL LITERACY BOOKS.
LISTEN TO MOTIVATIONAL MESSAGES, READ INSPIRATIONAL QUOTES OR ARTICLES.
EVEN READING THE BIBLE CAN ADD MORE TO YOUR FINANCIAL LITERACY.



HOW TO FIRE YOUR BOSS?


As I've said, you do not literally fire your boss. You can continue working and continue getting the salary you are always getting from your work but while you are doing that, you can opt to set aside some of your money and some of your time to start building passive income.
You can also find a part time job that can make you learn beneficial skills to be used in your passive income journey.
By doing so, you are gaining more self value, more skills, and less attachment to your job.



Do not be afraid to give up something good for something great. You may consider your job as a good source of income, but please don't ever think that only your job can provide you income, because it's not and it can't actually provide you the income you're dreaming of.
There's so much more to life than what you are seeing and believing. 
You need to explore. Open up your mind. Discover your passion. Wake your genius up. 
YOU CAN DO MORE than what you are doing now, 
YOU CAN EARN MORE than what you are earning now and 
YOU CAN LIVE MORE than how you are living your life now.

 Following your passion can be a common advice. It sounds good, or it may sound great.

They say, when you do what you love, money will follow. I am following this advice also.
But take note, it can be a dangerous advice if people will fail to realize how to use their passion appropriately.
It is not enough to do what you love.
If you love writing, you write and write, but you don't know how to make money out of your passion.
What will happen then? You will just be a good author but not a best selling author.
There is a big difference between the two. Please analyze.
What I am trying to point out is:
It is really good and it is advisable that we do what we love, but Sometimes we need to love what we do also. (LEARN more and Love what you are learning)
We need entrepreneurial skills and traits. We should Learn it by heart.
Be patient. Passion comes with mastery and it needs time.
Acquire Rare and Valuable skills.
Make the quality of what you do your primary focus.
Although deliberate practice is often strenuous and uncomfortable, it’s the only path to true mastery.
Practice hard and get out of your comfort zone.

To think of it, following your passion is just about you, what you want.
I always believe success can be acquired if we consider other people's interest.
Being successful is not just about ourselves.
To make it simple, you can't sell something people won't love to buy.
Sometimes people are so passionate with what they are doing that it all goes horribly wrong because they fail to consider if what they love to is something others will care about.
They  become so engrossed in doing what they love and why it matters to them that they forget to consider if others will care or they forget to make some ways to show others why they should care about it, too.

Just as what I've discussed in some of my ghostwritten articles:

Many people just keep on dreaming to have a wealthy or luxurious life in the future but are not actually doing anything to achieve that kind of life someday. They just work, get the salary, spend it--repeatedly.

I remember a quote as I am writing this article now, "DON'T CONFUSE BEING BUSY WITH BEING PRODUCTIVE".
People who are very busy with their work/job are less productive when it comes to their own life and future life.
Wouldn't it be great if you have a continuous stream of income monthly even if you lose or leave your typical job? To think of it, all of us would surely want to have a very comfortable and luxurious lifestyle even after doing an early retirement. To attain that goal, we should start building sources of passive income immediately. Having multiple streams of residual income will allow us to earn money even while we are sleeping, being at the beach, doing the things we want to do, or hanging out with our friends and loved ones.
TO BE ABLE TO DO THIS,
YOU MUST HIRE YOURSELF! 
WORK HARD FOR YOUR SELF AND FOR YOUR FUTURE!
You must master the abilities and know the strategies on how to effectively generate money from passive income sources (may it be Offline or Online) if you don’t want to be stuck forever in your job –waiting for the next paycheck and having the uncertainty of whether or not you’ll still be having the job tomorrow, next month or next year.

SO WHAT IS PASSIVE INCOME /RESIDUAL INCOME?

Passive income is commonly defined as an income that we receive on a regular basis, with little or almost no effort required to maintain it.
By its definition, we can certainly grasp that it is not an income we can get from our typical job or even by practicing our profession. Though we can make millions with our occupations but it will take ages for us to acquire that. The most apparent difference between a Job Income and a passive income is the progress or income growth. With our typical job, it is most likely that we get a linear income monthly and income growth is very gradual or almost absent because basically people get the same exact amount monthly, though we may get bonuses/incentives but it is not assured on a regular basis. With Passive Income, the growth of income is exponential; it is significantly multiplying, the more you have passive income, the more you can build additional sources of this type of income. In short, making millions with passive income is easier and more attainable than making millions with our typical job income. Passive income can give us time freedom, financial freedom and freedom to design our own lifestyle.

Now, if you are asking yourself if it is possible for you to make passive income, Well the answer only lies within you.
If you believe you can make passive income, then you surely can.
If you think you can't, then you are right.

REMEMBER: Sometimes our beliefs work against us and oftentimes our beliefs are misinterpretation of past events or based on other people’s experiences that we have witnessed.  We need to stop our self-limiting beliefs, always put it mind that there is always a way if we are committed.
What are Self-Limiting Beliefs?
These are things you believe about yourself that place limitations on your abilities.They may be conscious or unconscious.
Limitations are actually a thing of the mind. In reality we have none.
You can do anything if you make up your mind to do it.
Determination always finds a way around obstacles.

It all depends on what you believe about yourself.

Changing our beliefs can change our lives but you and only you can change a belief that might be keeping you from achieving the quality of life you are seeking.

Other people have different meaning or interpretation for that quote, But for me,
the meaning is applicable to this topic. 
We are the only ones responsible for what goes on in our lives. We can make excuses, but we are responsible to and for ourselves. 
We are responsible for what we are now and what we've achieved and what we haven't.
It is sad, most people know that there are so much more for them, so many opportunities, and that they can do better than what they are doing now but their fears and doubts kept them caged, that is why they just keep doing what they are already doing because it is where they are comfortable and where they feel safe.



TOTALLY AVOIDING FAILURE IS FAILURE ITSELF!
Don't be afraid to fail, be afraid of not even trying.
