Benefits of Drinking Water





WATER IS THE MOST INEXPENSIVE MEDICINE AND THE MOST INDISPENSABLE NUTRIENT IN THE WORLD. 
  • Water is Life- Our Body is made of 70% water and We need water for survival. Water maintains the balance of body fluids. A person can live 40 days without food, but will not survive more than 2 or 3 days without water.
  • Water is the world's best beauty elixir- Being properly hydrated supports a person in getting a shinier hair, younger/ smoother skin, a healthier body.
  • Water can help in Losing Weight- It can suppress hunger sensation. It can also help in controlling calories, by substituting it for higher calorie beverages.
  • Water can help minimize the risk of getting diseases- Water conditions and cleanses our body. It also helps in getting rid of body toxins and in fighting infections
  • Water helps our kidneys and also helps in maintaining normal bowel function.
  • Water gives energy- It energizes our muscles and prevents fatigue
  • Water prevents joint pains and arthritis
  • Water reduces risk of cancer and Promotes a healthy Heart <3 .
  • Water hydrates Brain cells and promotes proper brain functioning.

We need at least 2 quarts (8-10 glasses) of water daily, it is the minimum amount that should be taken. But if we are having strenuous activities or even during summer or especially in hot weather, we should increase our water intake up to 3-4 quarts.

  2. It's indeed a very useful piece of content! It's so easy to help our body by drinking when we're thirsty and drinking extra water when we exercise and when it's warm out. If there's one thing we need more of in our day to day lives, it's water!
